Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This delicious Chocolate Avocado Pudding recipe will fool even the diehard pudding fan!  A client of mine made this for her family and nobody even had a clue that it was not from a box, but rather made from healthy, wholesome avocados!  Try it at your next event!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

2 medium avocados, pit and skin removed

2 Tbsp organic coconut oil

1/3 cup raw agave nectar or honey1 Tbsp gluten free vanilla

Directions:

Put everything together in a blender. Blend on HIGH, scraping sides as you go, for about 45 seconds. Chill 1-2 hours before serving. Top with your favorite fruit.

Avocados- rich in omega-3 fatty acids with each cup containing 160 milligrams of alpha-acid, which helps guard against inflammation.

Cocoa Powder-contains up to four times the antioxidants found in tea, which is especially important in protecting against damage to the lining of the arteries.

Coconut Oil- has naturally occurring saturated fat that is good for you and provides a number of health benefits, such as: Improving heart health, boosting thyroid, supporting immune system and promoting a lean body.

Honey boosts immunity, and possesses a large amount of friendly bacteria.
